Released to Outright last night is a unique bookkeeping feature that automatically imports expenses recorded by phone.
Upon adding "Mobile Expenses" from your home tab on Outright.com, we'll connect with Xpenser, the masters of mobile expense input, to import any expenses you submit through your cell phone. Set up, Xpenser will give you a unique phone number you simply call to leave a message about an expense; the recording is transcribed into an expense submission and automatically imported to your Outright.com account.

More than voice recorded expense tracking, you can even take a picture, using your mobile phone, of a receipt to be recorded in your books.
Consider the next conference or trade show you plan to attend. You've already set up your bookkeeping to automatically import transactions from a credit card but as you hop in a cab from to your hotel, you notice a sign that says "Cash Only." As you step out of the taxi, call Xpenser and leave a message, "taxi $34 to Los Angeles hotel." Automatically inputted, we'll categorize the expense for your Schedule C and put your mind at ease about the potential deductions.
During the first day of the trade show, you make some great connections and offer to take a few potential clients to lunch. We're all a little more confident in those meal & entertainment deductions when we have a receipt handy during tax time so pull out your phone and take a picture of the lunch receipt; email it your Xpenser account with the subject “Lunch $62.75 With Trade Show Clients” and we'll import it to your expense ledger. Your bookkeeping, completely automated.
