Simple, Non-cluttered, Accessible Bookkeeping

I’m two and a half years out of college with a degree in Political Science and dashed dreams of teaching college thanks to the GRE . In that time I chased down four different jobs and honestly got tired of chasing the next opening in my field. You see, I'm from the non-profit world, [...]

Execumama (Akilah S. Richards) Joins the Outright Community

It’s easy: ig-zek-yuh-mah-muh. That's it!
My name is Akilah S. Richards, and as a working mother committed to her business ventures and prioritizing her family, I represent a growing breed of women, whom I've dubbed "Execumamas." Execumamas by definition are in the 21 to 35 age range, and many of us are entrepreneurs and WAHMs [...]

Simple solutions for the complex life of a mompreneur

Easy, Necessary, and Outright Brilliant:
Frankly, the thought of sorting through receipts, figuring out profit and loss statements, and doing more than the basic Web-based and in-house file-making projects for each of our seventeen clients scares me more than forgetting my designated Snack Captain status at my daughters’ soccer game! Seriously, us Superwomen mompreneurs are [...]

Well, now you can, thanks to a new Outright.com feature.  Simply start your FreshBooks expense descriptions with @vendor name: and we'll read it correctly and separate who you paid from the rest of the description.
Let's look at an illustration.  Here's a screen shot of the FreshBooks page for adding a new expense. Notice that they [...]
